Like Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Spinach, Broccoli, Apples and Oranges just to name a few. Eating foods like this will help the body flush out toxins quicker as well as help your brain functions.
Water is a main component of saliva. Saliva includes small amounts of electrolytes, mucus, and enzymes. It’s essential for digesting solid food that keeps your mouth healthy and functioning properly. Your body generally produces enough saliva with regular fluid intake. However, your saliva production may decrease as a result of age or certain medications, allergies, or therapies. If your mouth is drier than usual and increasing your water intake isn’t helping, go see your doctor.
